widgetdb_mysql script failing in MYSQL ( off coruse it will fail in other DBs

I am using zip file : wookie_for_tomcat_20090601
Error : while running widgetdb_mysql .Insert script failing.
Solution :
Modified widgetdb_mysql insert statement to include version parameter value.
Note: Can some one please create relevant components of Wookie to log issues.
For this bug I have choosen "Widget-ProjectAdmin". I hope it is correct for now.
