Fix For: 0.8.3
There have been some changes to the Widget JS object defined in W3C Widgets. To
conform to this requires changes in quite a few places:
- the Wookie-Wrapper.js script
- separating widget prefs and metadata models
- supporting read-only preferences
- removing unused methods and properties removed in the last version of the
spec, e.g. viewmodes
- test cases in the testing widget
