As far as I am aware Scott has addressed the majority. The most important is that none of the GPL libraries are included in the upload - I think Scott already removed these and added details to the build script to get them. Please check they are not in the final version. Of course, the Incubator is the place to make these kinds of mistakes - the public knows that there may be some issues with incubating projects so there is no need to worry if you do miss something.
