Fix For: 0.8.3
The W3C Widget Updates spec provides a way for widgets to identify their update
locations; this would enable, for example, the Wookie admin to either enable
widgets to auto-update, or to show the admin that updates are available.

Currently this is still a working draft; hence I've tentatively put this
against v0.8.3.
