Some quick checks: 1. Does each Moodle site have a Wookie plugin configured to point to http://northernlinks.ca:8080/wookie/ ? 2. Does each Moodle site have its own API key? (Not "TEST") 3. Can each site access http://northernlinks.ca:8080/wookie/ ?
