Widgets were not ordered when viewing widget gallery

when the user viewed the widgets in the widget gallery the widgets were shown
in a random order. This happens each time the widget gallery is refreshed.
I believe this is a problem because as more widgets are added to the gallery
searching for a specific widget would be time consuming.
