New build for wookie RC3 - quick test before voting

Hi all,

I have put some new builds up for wookie which can be found here...
http://people.apache.org/~psharples/wookie/staging-area/0p9p0/rc3/

Please take a look at them. If there are no problems found, we can start 
the vote thread.

(These binaries are all signed (asc) and also have md5 and sha512 files, 
so if everything is okay, I can simply copy them all across to the 
proper location once the vote/s passes)
