Features are loaded from the wrong location

When Wookie runs it loads any features that are installed in the "features
folder". However in the current code this is actually the source directory
"features" folder and not the "features" folder in the deployed application -
this only shows up when you choose to include scratchpad features as these are
then ignored even though they are copied into the deployed application
To fix, the default features folder needs to be set to the location relative to
the server path rather than the build path.
