I noticed that the ant tasks ran okay when run from eclipse, but not
from the the command line. Further investigation shows that my eclipse
version of ivy is 2.2.0, rather than 2.1.0-rc2 described in the
ivy-common.xml file. I've commited a change for this in ivy-common if
you want to try again.
