We decided to phase out the UI (JSP-based) admin client in favour of accessing
administrative features of Wookie principally via the REST API. This can also
be extended to cover administration via Widgets, Command-line clients, or by
configuration settings that can be dynamically reloaded (e.g in the manner of
widget deployment using watched folders).
We should therefore implement the new admin client modes and remove the admin
JSP scripts.
