I've committed a change I'm pretty sure will work, but I've not tested
it. I wanted to get it into SVN for you so you can get on with your
own work. I'm on a really slow connection and have been hit by an ivy
update (why does -Doffline=true no longer work?)

I am testing and will fix if it doesn't work out.
