I fixed the issue where the paths under windows still pointed to wookie 
instances in config.xml.  Now the paths revert back to the original paths 
before the widget was imported (as it did on the mac).

There are still issues with what is actually being flatpacked. The wookie-wiki 
doesn't flatpack the wave feature for example.
