I'm afraid the vote is not successful, we need another binding IPMC
vote (minimum of 3 +1s).
I meant our wookie-dev vote is successful. I knew we also had to punt
it to general, as we did last time & i have already done so.

We should get this once you forward this vote to the IPMC.
(Ate and I will track it over there and nudge people)

==========================================================================
This is the second incubator release for Apache Wookie, with the artifacts
being versioned as 0.9.1-incubating.
(Note: this build is different to 0.9.1-RC3 in that the source distributions
have been rebuilt, while all other artifacts are the same)
We are requesting a vote via wookie-dev for the release of the artifacts in
the first instance found here...
http://people.apache.org/~psharples/wookie/staging-area/0p9p1/rc4/
...as the final 0.9.1-incubating release.
PGP release keys (signed using DDED352A):
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/wookie/KEYS
Additionally with version 0.9.1-incubating we are releasing 3 sets of maven
artifacts, which we hope will help
others to integrate WOOKIE into their own applications. These are...
1. Wookie itself as a downloadable WAR
2. The W3C parser
3. The Java connector framework
These artifacts are now in the staging area found here...
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachewookie-125/
Please take the time to verify the artifacts before casting your vote.
Vote will be open for 72 hours. (but probably longer)
