Wookie widgets don't work on Windows Phone 7

Widgets do not work at all on Windows Phone 7. It seems (from memory) that the
Widget object is not initialised. I have not been able to test or debug this
full so if you have a Windows 7 phone please provide as much detail about the
problem as you can.
