I think the artefact types we now produce should make it reasonably simple to
create another portable version, but we couldn't distribute it for the reasons
Paul states - we'd have to ship OS-specific JDKs and other
incompatibly-licensed OS stuff. So I think the action here is to check if
Martin can generate a portable version of 0.9.2, and if so, close the issue. If
not, we can see what we can do to make it easier.
