Original recipe yield: 4 serving. 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing .2 teaspoons Creole seasoning .2 pounds catfish fillets .1 cup crushed POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes .1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese Mix dressing and seasoning; coat fish. Coat fish with combined crushed corn flakes and cheese. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 º for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
