Plum Glazed Pork Chops


1 pound pork chops, or cutlets
1 8 ounce jar plum jelly or preserves
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions


Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork on both
sides. Add ingredients, cover and simmer 15 minutes until done.
