Spicy Lamb Casserole 8 lamb leg chops 2 tablespoons oil 2 onions ,chopped 4 slices bacon, chopped 2 teaspoons ground coriander 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 bay leaves 1/4 cup tomato paste [ spaghetti sauce ] 1 small beef stock cube, crumbled 2 cups water
Cut chops into pieces, discard bone ane excess fat. Heat oil in pan, add onions, stir over heat until onion is soft. Add lamb, stir over heat for about 5 minutes or until lamb is well browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover, simmer for about 40 minutes or until lamb is tender, stir occasionally.
