Golden Cream Soup
3 C. cubed Potatoes
1 C. water
1/4 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped carrots
1/4 C. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt - Dash of pepper
1 Chicken boullion cube
1 1/2 C. Milk
2 T. Flour
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
1 lb. hamburger
Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions and seasonings &
boullion cubes. Cover and simmer 15 - 20 min. or until vegetables
are tender. Mix together until smooth the flour and milk. Add this
mixture to soup and stir till well blended. Stir until Mixture
comes to a boil. Then add cheese & (Hamburger if desired)
Serves a family.
