Mennonite Crock Pot Pork Chops

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
7 lean pork loin chops; LOIN!
2 T. oil
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 can chicken and rice soup

Mix first 4 ingredients

Coat pork chops with flour mixture.

Fry in oil in skillet, until well browned on both sides.

Place in a crock pot.

Sprinkle over chops the MSG and soup.

Cover, and cook on low for 8 hrs., or on high for 4 hrs.
