GARLIC GREEN BEANS These green beans are full of
flavor when seasoned with garlic. Preparation 10 min.
Cooking 11 min. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper Instructions: Bring water and
salt to a full boil in 10-inch skillet; add beans. Cook over medium
heat, stirring occasionally, until beans are crisply tender (9 to
14 minutes). Drain beans; return to skillet. Add all remaining
ingredients. Continue cooking until garlic is tender (2 to 3
minutes). TIP: Sprinkle 2 ounces freshly grated or shredded
Parmesan cheese over beans; let stand 2 minutes before serving.
