Southwest Chicken & Pasta

   Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes


   Serves: 4
   Colorful and full of flavor, this one-pot supper features broccoli, green 
pepper, chunks of chicken and corkscrew pasta simmered in a creamy sauce 
spiked with Pace® Picante.

   Ingredients:
   3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta OR 2 1/2 cups uncooked medium tube-shaped 
macaroni
2 cups broccoli flowerets cut in 1" pieces
1 medium green pepper OR red pepper, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat 
Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa OR Picante Sauce
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Grated Parmesan cheese

   Directions:
     COOK pasta according to pkg. directions. Add broccoli and pepper for 
last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain.
   MIX soup, milk, salsa, chicken and pasta mixture in same saucepot. Heat 
through. Top with cheese.
   TIP: For 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium 
heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 3/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken 
breasts or thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.
