Golden Brown Fried Chicken 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 envelope Lipton Golden Onion Soup Mix 1 frying chicken, about 2 1/2 lbs. cut into serving piece, washed and patted dry 2 large eggs, beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick) Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the bread crumbs and soup mix in a shallow dish. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, and then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly. Place the chicken in a 13 by 9" baking dish, drizzle with the melted butter and bake until the chicken is golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
