Golden Brown Fried Chicken

1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 envelope Lipton Golden Onion Soup Mix
1 frying chicken, about 2 1/2 lbs. cut into serving piece, washed and patted
dry
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the bread crumbs and soup mix in a shallow
dish. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, and then roll them in the
breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly. Place the chicken in a 13 by 9" baking
dish, drizzle with the melted butter and bake until the chicken is golden
brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
