Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole
Serves: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
* 2 c Minute Rice (uncooked)
* 1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
* 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
* 2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
* 1/4 c Butter
Instructions:

Date: Sat, 18 May 1996 16:17:20 -0700 Cook rice per instructions on box.
Combine soup, Velveeta and butter in saucepan. Cook until blended. Mix
together broccoli, rice and sauce. Pour into buttered casserole dish and
bake in moderate oven (375~F-400~F) for 1 hour (uncovered).
