Macaroni Salad with Egg and Ham
Ingredients
a.. 6 hard-boiled eggs
b.. 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
c.. 2 cups cooked macaroni, chilled
d.. 1/2 cup diced celery
e.. 1 sour pickle, chopped
f.. 1/4 cup chopped stuffed olives
g.. mayonnaise
h.. salt and pepper
i.. salad greens
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients; add mayonnaise to moisten. Season to taste. Serve on fresh salad
greens.
