White Chocolate Chunk Wedges This incredible brownie comes from Pillsbury's Chocolate Lovers IV cookbook. 1/2 cup butter 4 squares (4 oz.) white baking bar, cut into pieces 2 eggs 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 cup sugar 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 1-1/4 cups flour 2 squares (2 oz.) semisweet chocolate, cut into pieces In small saucepan, melt butter and half of the white baking bar over low heat. Stir frequently until melted. Remove from heat and set aside. In small bowl, beat eggs, salt and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes at high speed. Add melted chocolate mixture and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Fold in remaining white chocolate and semisweet chocolate. Spread in greased and floured 9" round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-28 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack and cut into wedges. Serves 10 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
