ITALIAN SEASONING MIX
3 tbsp. dried oregano leaves 2 tbsp. dried thyme 2 tbsp. dried marjoram 2 tbsp. dried parsley 4 tsp. garlic powder 4 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper 2 tsp. salt Mix ingredients together and store in airtight container in cool, dry place. Allow 1 to 2 tablespoons mix for a 29 oz. can of tomato sauce, 2 to 3 teaspoons mix for 1 cup oil and vinegar dressing; 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for 3 oz. cream cheese. Makes 1 cup.
