HOT FUDGE PUDDING
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1-3/4 cups hot water
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa
together then stir in milk and shortening and spread in square pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over all
then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
