BAR-B-QUED BEEF (in a crockpot) 2 pounds of beef roast (or ground beef, browned) 1 cup chopped onion 1 12 ounce can of corned beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 16 ounce bottle of regular Bar-B-Que Sauce ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons brown sugar Cook all together in the crockpot 8-10 hours.
