olden Cinnamon Cupcakes These cupcakes are delicious frosted with Cinnamon 
Buttercream Frosting. Prep Time: 10 minutes
      Cook Time: 20 minutes
      Makes 24 (1 cupcake) servings.

      Ingredients:
      1 box  (18 1/4 ounces)  yellow cake mix
      1 box  (4-serving size)  vanilla instant pudding mix
      1 cup water
      1/2 cup  (1 stick)  butter, softened
      4 eggs
      2 teaspoons McCormick? Pure Vanilla Extract
      2 teaspoons McCormick? Ground Cinnamon


      Directions:
      1.  Preheat oven to 350?F.  Lightly grease or line 24 muffin cups with 
paper baking cups; set aside.
      2.  Beat all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 
just to moisten, scraping side of bowl often. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.  
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup two-thirds full.

      3.  Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out 
clean.  Cool in pans on wire rack 10 minutes.  Remove from pans; cool 
completely on wire racks.  Frost with Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting.
