Doodle Cake
This recipe is suppose to be a real old recipe. 

2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of soda
2 eggs
1 large can of crushed pineapple 
 
Mix well. Bake in ungreased pan about 35 minutes. While cake is baking, 
cook 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 stick of oleo, and one small can of milk.  
Boil hard for three minutes. Add one cup of coconut and one cup of
nutmeats. When cake is done, punch full of holes and pour topping on 
while cake is hot.

Fannie Farmer's 1931 Chocolate Fudge

2 tablespoons butter
4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups light cream
4 squares chocolate
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

Melt butter in a pan 8 x 8-inch, add sugar, cream and chocolate, stir 
gently until chocolate melts. Boil without stirring to 238 degrees or 
until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water. Remove 
from heat, let stand until cool and add flavoring. Beat with a wooden 
spoon. Pour 3/4-inch thick into a buttered pan and mark in squares.

Coffee and Cookie Brownies

Ingredients
1  16.5 to 18-oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough 
2  eggs, lightly beaten 
1  19.5 oz. pkg. milk chocolate brownie mix 
1/2  cup cooking oil 
1/3  cup coffee liqueur or cooled strong coffee 
1  cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate pieces 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Press sugar cookie dough into bottom of a 
13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside. 

2. In a large bowl combine the eggs, brownie mix, cooking oil, and 
coffee liqueur until just combined. Spread batter over sugar cookie 
dough. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. 

3. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are set. Cool in pan on a wire 
rack. To serve, cut into bars. Makes 24 brownies.

Party Punch

1/2 gallon solidly frozen sherbet (i like to use rainbow sherbet)
1/2 gallon Hawaiin Punch
2 two liter bottles of Cherry 7-up
 
Put the sherbet in a large punch bowl and slowly pour 1 bottle of the 
cherry 7-up over top. Then pour in the Hawaiian punch, followed by the 
other 7-up.  Stir gently to get the sherbet melting a bit and enjoy!
