Turkey Gravy

      serves 12

      5 cups turkey stock
      6 tablespoons corn starch
      1 cup cold turkey stock
      1 teaspoon poultary seasoning
      1/2 teaspoon pepper
      1/4 teaspoon celery saly
      1 teaspoon onion powder
      add salt to taste later

      In sauce pan add the 5 cups turkey stock and bring to a boil,
      add poultary seasoning, pepper, celery salt and onion powder.
      In a small bowl add the corn starch to the 1 cup cold turkey stock
      and wisk until well mixed and add to turkey stock that is hot,
      mix until boiling then simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until thick.
