Slow Cooker Caramel Rice Pudding Classic rice pudding made slow cooker easy!
Prep Time:5 min Start to Finish:4 hr 5 min Makes:8 servings 3 cups cooked white rice 1/2 cup raisins 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Spray inside of 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm. Note: This recipe was tested in slow cookers with heating elements in the side and bottom of the cooker, not in cookers that stand only on a heated base. For slow cookers with just a heated base, follow the manufacturer's directions for layering ingredients and choosing a temperature.
