My comment: For the first time, China addesses Latinamerica and the Caribbean with a comprhensive, realistic and mutually beneficial approach. Probably, this is the result of a growing trade and the hard work of hundreds who have studied Latinamerica and the Caribbean in detail. Also, it comes at the right time. Both sides have a word to say in the global society specially while we are starting to live this crisis. Cooperation hand by hand by both sides, will contribute to make it softer.
