The republicans who brought Bush to power are representatives of these industries (weapons and oil ). They were trying to keep the war industries in demand. Afghanistan war, and occupying Iraq coupled with war against terrorism, grated enough funds for the the last 8 years. However the religion dimension can do miracles. Native Indians were the fuel for 200 years of wars in the name of spreading Christianity. While the war against terrorism proves not capable of being self maintained, religion wars will eventually ensure weapons needs for tens of years.. The book shows that the Southern Baptist Convention, especially its "missionary" work in the Third World, has been heavily subsidized financially and logistically by the Rockefeller syndicate for over a century. The real function of these "missionaries" is to soften up the Third World for the oil and mining companies and other members of the syndicate by turning the inhabitants into obedient "Christians" who are willing to sell out their own countrymen.
