A little history about Lisa Jackson. The Bush EPA... Cap and Trade would have allowed coal burning utilities to release tons more mercury into our environment. 17 states sued the EPA over this ridiculous cap and trade that would not only cause harm to the environment but to our most precious asset, our children!
