If you read the press conference after he left you can see that
Erdogan told that Simon Peres was speaking 25 minutes in a row,
exactly until the session ended up.

One inapt moderator does not represent the whole Davos system. But, of
course, if you are invited to a debate in a foreign country you expect
more politeness and balance from such system than to be just a first
line listener of your conterpart.
