I think what went up is the cost of insurance, medications(My sons medication increased $300 dollars in the past six months for a three month supply)
I haven't seen an increase in food, just the opposite really...I like good bargains but I keep thinking prices will go down more and more....and they are. Well with the great sales, they are!
