Here are two potential opportunities to apply. Salaries are more than
decent in both cases. You can have a more than decent life for a
family even in expensive cities such as Shanghai or Beijing, and in
smaller cities those salaries are for wealthy life.

Also, foreign language schools use to work pretty well in cities, but
it requires some investment.

On China daily and on local newspapers use to appear opportunities. Do
not pay too much attention to media when they tell about crisis in
China. Of course, crisis is real, but it is far from what it is in the
West. Also, this crisis involves some fields (such as mass
manufacturing) and some provinces, but other provinces and other
fields grow.

If someone has good skills (mastering in Arabic language is a good
skill) there are many opportunities. But to be allowed to work legally
in China is not easy at all. I would advise to find a legal job first
and to apply for work permit once you grab that job.

I will study about Australia and Malaysia (as you like that country)
and then I will give you more information and my opinion within a few
days.

Peace and best wishes.
