I finally emailed CCTV-9 and notified CCTV-9 the broken link problem on their website. They have fixed the problem in two days. I wonder if I didn't notify them, they probably never find out that they have problem there. The problem had been there for almost three weeks.
No other national news medium website works like CCTV does. No wonder they didn't know when their own building got fire no long ago.
