My comment: After tonnes of words were printed calm remains worldwide. Technology to destroy such missile or satellite launcher (depending on the side you choose) seems to be doubtfull, neither USA, nor Japan nor SKorea wanted to show that, despite air shields, they are defenseless against a missile. Then they chose to stay calm. NKorea chose to show that either USA, Japan and SKorea meet their promises of energy and food help or 6-party-talks ended up and it will go on with its own technology. But once launched, it stays calm while listenning condemnation.
After launch, Obama tells that he wants to preserve 6-party-talks. What else? Very probably, NKorea will accept it too, what else?. Japan and SKorea too, what else? Common sense and promises (with facts, not empty promises) sooner or later win. Good news. Peace and best wishes.
