My comment: China's economy grew 6.1% year on year in the first
quarter of this year and 7.9% in the second, now 8.9%. Obviously,
growth is not the problem right now. But I cannot say that China s
economy left this crisis behind, not yet. It passed to furth phase of
this short term crisis, growth is sustainable and robust, but until
exit strategy works we cannot say that we left crisis behind us.

In my opinion, the best news come from the inflation side. It is very
low (in fact negative) but it i because year on year, commodities are
cheaper in Q3. The huge difference between PPI (production prce index)
and CPI (consumer price index) explain that price inflation is under
control because raw materials are cheaper now than one year ago.
Consumer price inflation would be above zero without it. In fact, the
board point at inflation as the indicator to monitor hereinafter.

Also, a very possitive aspect is that despite stimulous package,
foreign reserves grew again. It allows to extend smimulous further if
needed.
