My comment: This area is nowadays the deeper integration area for
China, although after agreements with Russia both Russia and the ASEAN
can be at te same level, and hopefully the SCO group (Central Asian
republics) very soon too. Without any doubt, that integration has been
crucial for all sides to succeed over the recent crisis and it will
help in future troubles as well. "No one would have expected such high-
level cooperation 10 years ago, and nobody could anticipate the huge
potential benefits the cooperation brings in the years to come."
