My comment: It seems to me that some countries have misunderstood
what
G20 is for and what is not for.

G20 is not, and will never be a government or an economic government.
Even, it is not a regulatory body. It is a forum and it makes
agreements only on consensual basis. Also, it is not a court where
policies are reviewed and critisized first, and then they go to the
international government, the IMF, where Western governments can
control what happens in developing and erging economies.

If Western governments believed once that G20 could work as a trick
to
manage emerging countries foreign reserves and policies, guys you
cannot be so dumb to believe that we are dumb.

Remember that 1.- Developing and emerging economies do not need IMF
at
all. On the other hand IMF is not a heavy drag, we can concede it if
you love it so much. But it is not and will not be our government 2.-
This is not a war for power. That era is over. It is a cooperative
war
to sustain global prosperity. 3.- Developed economies model failed,
do not lecture us how to fail, please. 4.- If assumed, let us talk
seriously again. If not, make a call when ready or we will start to
ignore you, guys.
