Empty shelfs, scarcity, famine, etc. Also I have to add that not just silver and gold are refuge. Most commodities are. And, the best one among them is farmland with good water supply. If not, to produce your own food at home. As they told in that video, food is rising and it will rise even more. Sky is the only limit for commodity prices nowadays, specially food.
