It is the best help that anyone can offer. What I better remember from Sichuan earthquake is that Russia invited hundred of children from Sichuan to their summer camps for children. It was much smaller than what Dubai offers. But its meaning was similar in two ways.
Reconstruction is hard and painful for their souls. To bring them elsewhere helps them skirt that step easier. Also, it helps families to focuss on reconstruction. Those children will remember forever. It is a seed for future frendship and cooperation among countries. Peace and best wishes.
