Whats Important
A friend of mine ask me a few nights ago while we were driving about my religion. I told him that I do not think we have the same understanding of the word religion, it could be that we have different definition of the word
for me it is more what I feel not what the tradition says
sabi ko, yung nararamdaman ko is a personal relationship with God
I consider Him as my Father, my creator, my king
I even suggested na basahin nya yung email ko or blog ko na entitled
Its all about you. He then told me that he read it and was just wondering why I felt that way
then there was silence

hindi ako makasagot, I dont know why pero I was not ready for his question.
And then my friend said
are you ok? I said yes and that I was just thinking of his question
then he said that baka wala naming difference yung religious beliefs naming dalawa
gosh! Baka ganun nga ang tingin nya, baka hindi magandang testimony ang life ko and how Jesus has changed me
he even added that pareho naman daw kami patient, mabait, sincere, honest, with integrity (naks
ganun pala ako!), pero mas vocal lang daw ako sa faith ko and love k okay Lord.
I then told him that it could be true about how he see me as a person but what matters most, whats important with what I feel is that I know and believe that God has forgiven me. He as taken away all my sins and have replaced this with love. I know He loves me and He has tasked me to share this love with others. This is what God has done for me when He died on the cross
when He died for all of us! We just need to know this, accept this gift and believe Him.
We then prayed and he said that he believes God and have felt Gods love. He believes that Jesus died on the cross and have paid the price for all our sins
Wow! An answered prayer for me coz I have been praying for the salvation of this friend of mine
I then invited him to church and guess what he said
In Gods time, he knows that God would bring him there too
Hahaha!
