The General Assembly is the supreme body of the International Federation of
Yoga Sports IFYS.
The delegates of full members National Yoga Federations:
Each delegate must present to the President written credentials from the
Member represented. A Member may delegate any or all of its powers in writing
to a delegate from any other Member or to an Officer.
Each Member is entitled to one vote in the General Assembly.
Majorities in the General Assembly consist of the following fractions of those
Members present and voting
The General Assembly:
(a) elects Officers;
>(b) examines and approves the administration of the Board and the Commissions;
>(c) examines all questions concerning IFYS and in particular the organization
>of the International Congresses
>(d) interprets the Constitution;
>(e) determines the amount and disposition of the annual dues, if any, to be
>paid by Members; and
>(f) establishes such Commissions as it deems necessary and appoints
>Commissioners.
> (g) establishes any change os Constitution or HQ

>Few full member organization ask for change constitution and HQ of
>International Federation of Yoga Sports founded at 1989 in Montevideo, Uruguay.
The founders organizations, Yoga Association of Uruguay, Yoga Federation of
India, Latin America Union of Yoga, Yoga Federation of Argentina etc. meet on
march 27, 2010 for the nex meeting General Assembly in may 2010.
