TASK #5410 - Use $XDG_CONFIG_HOME as directory to store wormux config file
Conform to XDG Base Directory FreeDesktop specification for Unix system
Practically, it means that config file config.xml is now written in
~/.config/wormux/ instead of ~/.wormux/
Personnal data files should be stored in ~/.local/share/wormux instead of
~/.wormux
The change is transparent to the user.
