[CLEANING] Create some new methods in PhysicalObj to split NotifyMove and make
it more readable
[BUGFIX] [NETWORK] Forbid to send unstable data about a physical object which
in collision (NotifyMove has begun but is still not finished)
(cf bug #10668)
